2.1. Website Access
Access to the website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the service provider contracted by the user.

In general, user registration is not necessary in order to access the services and content of the website. However, the use of certain services and content may be subject to prior user registration.

User access to the website does not involve obligation to BarcelonaHouse to ensure the absence of viruses, worms or any other malicious software. The provision of adequate tools to detect and disinfect harmful computer programmes is the responsibility of the user, in any case.
BarcelonaHouse shall not be held responsible for damages caused to the software and hardware of users or third parties during the use of services offered on the website.

All contents of the website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as their graphic design and source code are the intellectual property of BarcelonaHouse or of third parties, without being interpreted as assignment to the user of any of the exploitation rights recognised by the current legislation on intellectual property regarding the same.
The trademarks, trade names or logos are owned by BarcelonaHouse or third parties and it may not be construed that access to the website confers any rights regarding the same.

BarcelonaHouse declares that it complies with current legislation relating to data protection, particularly with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Protection of Personal Data, as well as with Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, through which the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data is approved.
The user expressly authorises BarcelonaHouse Asesores y Consultores Inmobiliarios S.L. to introduce the personal data contained on the forms which have to be filled in to provide the services requested, into an automated file.
The File Manager is the business entity BarcelonaHouse Asesores y Consultores Inmobiliarios S.L., for the purpose of exercising rights of access, cancellation, rectification or opposition as provided in Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data, which is made available to all clients at the following address: BarcelonaHouse Asesores y Consultores Inmobiliarios S.L., domiciled at Calle Roger de Lluria, 59, 1st 3rd, (08009 Barcelona), as well as via the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The sending and submission of data to be performed by the user through the BarcelonaHouse website or the information that they send, is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures according to the level of security applicable to the data to be processed.
Furthermore, the data supplied and stored in our databases is also protected by security systems that prevent access by unauthorised persons thereto. BarcelonaHouse makes every effort to provide updated systems in order to achieve greater effectiveness of these security systems.
2.9. Null and void clauses
If any provision of these General Conditions is declared totally or partially invalid or ineffective, such invalidity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or part thereof that is invalid or ineffectual and the General Conditions regarding everything else shall subsist, considering all or part of such provision to not be included.
2.10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish legislation in matters not expressly stated. BarcelonaHouse and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of goods or services covered by these General Conditions, to the Courts of Barcelona.
